The technology allows team members in multiple locations to give instantaneous feedback to speakers giving PowerPoint presentations.

Atlanta-based Active Production and Design has increased its inventory of LED Pars and Bricks, which consume 80 percent less energy than conventional lighting. “We are getting more and more requests for green meetings,” says general manager Steve Zaug. “That’s why we invested in the upgrade.”

Tasty little message

Save paper and deliver a message attendees will remember. At the recent MPI PEC-NA convention, the Dessert Gallery printed the Houston CVB’s welcome letter on butter cookies that were passed out at the convention center’s information booth. The Dessert Gallery also can print company logos, photographs, corporate promotions and new product announcements on layer cakes.
