Move over Emeril Lagasse. Chef Kevin Belton, a.k.a. the Human Taxidermist, is whipping up good food and lots of laughs at the New Orleans School of Cooking and Louisiana General Store. Next time you’re in the Crescent City, head to the French Quarter where your group can learn the basics of Cajun and Creole cooking. Signup for hands-on classes taught by local experts and get to slicing and dicing with the best of them. If you’d rather be entertained, demonstration classes are available for groups up to 200. Team-building activities such as Culinary Challenge and Cooking School Olympics are other popular options for corporate and incentive groups.
