Hospital art as icebreaker
Published: July 14, 2008
In the meetings world, corporate social responsibility (CSR) is fast becoming the new ROI. If you’re looking to incorporate a CSR program into your next event, consider The Foundation for Hospital Art (FFHA), a non-profit whose mission is “to donate at least one painting to every hospital on earth.” Its PaintFest program splits participants into teams of 12 to paint six color-coded canvas drawings that will be donated to a local hospital on the company’s behalf. Paint supplies and color-coded canvases are provided by FFHA, and no artistic experience is required. — Kelundra Smith
