Meeting South of the Mason-Dixon? Consider leaving attendees a packet of Night Y’All sleeping powders as an in-room pillow gift. Packaged in an elegant silver-domed glass container, the powder is an old Southern concoction that can be sprinkled on linens to induce a peaceful night’s sleep. Birmingham designer Benn Johnson sells the powders, which are based on a formula developed by an ancestor who worked in the local apothecary.
