Hospitality Performance Network (HPN) named Kip Horton senior vice president of HPN Global’s EAME and India division in Scottsdale, Ariz.
The Orlando/Orange County CVB named Fred Shea its vice president of strategic partnerships.
Ellie Westman Chin was promoted to vice president of membership, corporate events and visitor services, at the Atlanta Convention & Visitors Bureau.
Ramses Meijer was named director of sales of the Omni Dallas Hotel, expected to open early 2012. Harold “Q” Queisser was named its director of sales and marketing; Ed Netzhammer was named its general manager; and Kimy Pilant was promoted to director of national accounts.
