If you’re in charge of planning conventions, meetings or incentive travel for recipients of Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP) funds, check out the Treasury Rules Toolkit from MeetingsMeanBusiness.com.

In addition to a PDF of the final Treasury Department ruling, planners can download a one-page summary of the ruling, as it specifically pertains to meetings, events and incentive travel. Other resources include sample letters for TARP and non-TARP customers; talking points on the value of meetings; and a model board policy developed by the travel community that companies can adopt to be compliant with Treasury regulations.
