InterContinental Hotels Group offers automated group reservations

Next year, meeting planners will be able to book groups into 250 InterContinental Hotels & Resorts, Crowne Plaza and some select Holiday Inn hotels online. Using Passkey technology, planners will be able to create a customized, event-specific hotel reservation Web site, through which event attendees will be able to make and manage hotel reservations. Planners will be able to upload rooming lists, automatically link reservation information to properties, and track hotel block pick-up and reservation status in real time.
