Wyndham re-brands timeshare properties

Published: November 1, 2006

More than 140 timeshare properties currently under the Fairfield Resorts, Trendwest North America and Trendwest South Pacific flags are scheduled to become Wyndham-branded properties within the next 12 months. Earlier this month, all Fairfield Resorts were re-branded Wyndham Vacation Resorts. By the end of this year, Trendwest South Pacific resorts will become Wyndham Vacation Resorts-Asia Pacific; Trendwest North America will become WorldMark by Wyndham properties in early 2007.

Many of the timeshare properties operate like condo-hotels; meeting planners can get run-of-the-house or specialty condos for groups ranging from one-bedroom to multi-room suites with separate entrances, kitchenettes and laundry facilities.
