Prime hotel properties for sale

Dallas-based REIT WW Lodging Inc. is looking for buyers of its three-property, 891-room portfolio, which includes hotels in prime locations: Orlando’s Walt Disney World, San Francisco’s Fisherman’s Wharf and San Diego’s Harbour Island.
The 325-room Best Western Lake Buena Vista, 355-room Radisson Fisherman’s Wharf (with 45,000 square feet of waterfront space) and 211-room Hilton Harbor Island are all tied to ground leases.
