The Atlanta Alliance
November 9, 2005Downtown Atlanta's Marriott, Hilton and Hyatt hotels have teamed up to offer planners looking to book 1,000 to 4,000 peak room nights a comprehensive, contiguous and affordable meeting package.
The hotels have coordinated their respective staffs to accommodate large convention and meeting needs, so planners with groups distributed throughout the three properties can make arrangements for all properties with one mouse click.
"There is an electrifying synergy created from three of the nation's top brands working together with one goal in mind: being able to host the highest value conventions, meetings and events in the city of Atlanta," says Atlanta Marriott Marquis General Manager Gary Gentile.
Because the hotels are adjacent to each other along three city blocks, attendees can travel easily between the hotels. All three are within walking distance of downtown attractions such as Centennial Olympic Park, the Georgia Aquarium and the CNN Center as well as restaurants.
Collectively, The Atlanta Alliance offers meeting planners 415,000 square feet of meeting space, 4,159 guest rooms, nine ballrooms, 151 meeting rooms, three exhibit halls with 109,000 square feet of exhibit space, 168 suites/parlors, 11 restaurants, a coordinated site inspection, a joint pre-convention meeting and passkey housing solutions.
