Meeting space includes a 500-person grand ballroom, a boardroom and a stunning atrium. Within a five-mile radius is shopping complex Downtown at the Gardens, multiple golf clubs (including the legendary PGA National), Rapids Water Park and the beach. Nearby Roger Dean Stadium is the spring training home of the Florida Marlins and St. Louis Cardinals as well as minor league baseball teams the Jupiter Hammerheads and Palm Beach Cardinals. The Kravis Center for the Performing Arts has 25,000 total square feet of meeting and event space, including the 2,193-seat Dreyfoos Hall, 300-seat Rinker Playhouse, 1,400-seat Gosman Theater and the Cohen Pavilion, which houses the 10,500-sq. ft. Weiner Banquet Center and Gimelstob Ballroom (capacity: 700 seated). Additional classroom, rehearsal and conference space also is available. The 11,000-sq. ft. Harriet Himmel Theater for Cultural & Performing Arts at CityPlace originally was the First United Methodist Church of West Palm Beach. It accommodates up to 600 people theater-style, 900 reception-style and 600 banquet-style. Trade show space and a full-service kitchen also are available.

The local CVB can connect meeting planners with the local chapter of Habitat for Humanity International, a nonprofit, ecumenical Christian housing ministry that has built more than 250,000 houses around the world. The organization welcomes group assistance for full or half days, but limits the number of volunteers to 20 per construction site.

The Norton Museum of Art in West Palm Beach has several interesting venues for groups of up to 375 people, including a maze garden, a three-story atrium, a 1941 theater, a central sculpture garden and a pavilion with a specially commissioned Dale Chihuly glass ceiling.The Count de Hoernle Amphitheater at the Schmidt Family Centre for the Arts at Mizner Park is an open-air concert and theater venue. Planners can hold a theme party on the air-conditioned stage or transform the amphitheater’s lawn into an open-air banquet venue. The Whitehall Flagler Museum is located on the shores of Lake Worth in the restored 1902 Henry Flagler mansion. Planners can give guests a taste of the Gilded Age by holding meetings, banquets or receptions in the 4,800-sq. ft. Beaux Arts-style Grand Hall, which is lined with priceless works of art. Other venues at the museum include the Flagler Kenan Pavilion, which is designed to look like a turn-of-the-century railway palace, a courtyard and the Mediterranean-themed West Room, which has a terrace overlooking Lake Worth and the West Palm Beach skyline.
