LIVE 2010 Dallas

DallasArboretum

The Dallas Arboretum & Botanical Garden presents
PYM LIVE 2010 Dallas

Our theme for 2010 is “Everything you always wanted to know about meeting/event planning, but never had the chance to ask.” Inspired by the 2010 PYM Big Book of Answers and requests we’ve had from meeting planners across the country, we’ve redesigned our PYM LIVE Events to run shorter, faster and deliver more knowledge, peer-to-peer networking and real-life solutions for the challenges you’re facing now.

In just a few hours, you can gather destination research, make important contacts and learn how to work smarter, not harder. Plus, as your takeaway, you’ll receive a series of industry “best practices” whitepapers on topics ranging from managing your budget and planning green meetings to creative team-building and contract negotiation tips. If you’re working on gaining your certification, attending a PYM LIVE Event also will help you earn CEUs toward your CMP or CSEP designation.

Time is an important commodity and meeting planners are juggling more than ever, so if you need help justifying the time spent with us away from the office, we’ll be happy to provide you with a sheet of talking points and testimonials.

Our 2010 PYM LIVE Event will be on February 23 at the Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Like a “Choose Your Own Adventure” novel, you can come for the whole event, or just the parts you’re most interested in. Registration is only $35, and lunch is included. If you’re unable to attend, you can still register to meet with our local and out-of-town exhibitors as your schedule permits, by setting up an appointment here. If you can’t make it, but still would like a packet of best practices whitepapers, you can purchase them for $10 by clicking here.
