Happy Administrative Professionals Appreciation Week!

They may have changed the name from “Secretary’s Day” to “Administrative Professionals Appreciation Week,” but that doesn’t mean non-titled planners are getting all the props they deserve. (Just look at how many different jobs an administrative professional may have). From April 22-28, why not celebrate how much you’re worth to the company by reflecting on how much business the meetings you’ve planned have improved morale, made important business contacts and rewarded your company’s best customers? If you can put a dollar value on that ROI, you can explain to your employer why the best way to appreciate you is to give you a raise, or at least consider following these recommendations.
